No soaking necessary: Blend the oats, water, maple syrup, and salt. Strain through a nutmilk bag or cheese cloth lining a colander.
Store in a quart-sized glass mason jar. Seal and chill.

TOASTED OATMILK: Before blending the oatmilk, toast the oats in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until aromatic and nutty.CHOCOLATE OATMILK: Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the blender. Adjust sweetener and salt to taste.CINNAMON OATMILK: Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon to blender. Swap in 3 pitted dates in place of maple syrup.
